AI Creative Operations - Marketing

We are a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services, and we are looking for an AI Creative Operations Consultant to work with our AI technology partners to accelerate creative operations through AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in creative operations, production management, workflow optimization, or related roles within creative, marketing, or content environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end content creation workflows, creative production pipelines, and collaborative design ecosystems
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing AI-powered creative tools and platforms
• Proven ability to design and implement workflow improvements
• Experience leading change management and technology adoption initiatives
• Familiarity with creative technology ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to define success metrics
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
