Our client is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of their customer relationship strategy across multiple brands and channels. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Casino, Sportsbook, and Business Intelligence, you will design and deliver data-driven CRM programmes that drive engagement, retention, and long-term player value while ensuring full compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements.

This role suits an ambitious CRM professional ready to step into a leadership position within a growing iGaming business.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership
    Define and drive CRM direction aligned with business objectives.
    Lead budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation, while continuously improving processes and automation frameworks for scalability.

  • Campaign Management
    Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Apply advanced segmentation and behavioural targeting to enhance personalisation, and translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Data & Analytics
    Use data analytics and predictive modelling to shape campaign strategy.
    Collaborate with the BI team to evaluate trends and ROI, ensuring reporting supports senior leadership decision-making.

  • Collaboration
    Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Senior Leadership to align CRM activity with company-wide priorities and contribute insight to wider innovation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' CRM experience within iGaming or a comparable digital environment.

  • Proven track record in retention-focused CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, automation workflows, and behavioural analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally Fast Track and/or Customer.IO.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
