The Senior Human Factors Engineer serves as the lead authority for human systems engineering, specializing in the assessment and optimization of products, processes, and workflows within complex clinical informatics environments.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human factors engineering, organizational psychology, human systems integration, biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, ergonomics, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in human factors engineering, human systems design, or a related field, with direct experience in healthcare, clinical informatics, or large-scale IT environments.
- Proven expertise applying principles of organizational psychology and state-of-the-art human factors research to drive product and process assessment.
