Global Market Analyst - Remote in Poland

The Opportunity

As a Global Market Analyst at Tridge, you will be part of the Global Market Intelligence department, focusing on generating insights into agriculture, fisheries, and food and beverage for the Tridge platform.

What we trust you to do

• Analyzing and improving Tridge's intelligence. You will identify and analyze peculiarities in the global food and retail sector and effectively communicate this information to our target audience across various channels.
• Planning and exploring new ways to develop intelligence content through expert interviews, online job fairs, and global forums.
• Analyzing and suggesting improvements for Premium Reports offered to Tridge platform customers.
• Sharing insights by investigating and analyzing the volatility of global market prices for agricultural products, production volumes by country, and changes in export and import volumes based on market intelligence data.
• Reviewing market intelligence data and suggesting directions to enhance the quality of Tridge intelligence through various methods.
• Collaborating with colleagues abroad to analyze global agri-food market trends and derive new insights.

What you need to succeed

• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience (in market intelligence, strategic consulting, food, trading, financial research, or consulting).
• Highly sensitive to market changes, with a keen interest in data and trends.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage various tasks with a sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in analytical research and the use of analytical tools for deriving insights.
• Fluent in English for report writing, emails, communication, and presentations.

Great to Have

• Experience in research, analysis, and persuasive communication.
• Experience writing corporate analysis reports, papers, or contributions to academic journals.
• Knowledge of Meat or Seafood or Oils or Oil Seeds industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack Tool, and other social media platforms.
