Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Video Editor who can handle large video files and manage the end-to-end editing process for promotional content. This role involves creating compelling video rundowns using clips and photos from various events. The ideal candidate must have the equipment and software necessary to manage large files efficiently and deliver high-quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for event recaps and highlights.
  • Work efficiently with large video files, ensuring smooth and effective editing.
  • Organize and manage video clips and photos to create engaging content.
  • Collaborate with the client and their team to understand project goals and deliver on creative briefs.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Set and meet clear deadlines, manage client expectations, and maintain consistent communication.
  • Flexibility to work on projects with tight deadlines

Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
    • Proficiency and extensive experience in video editing preferably in events.
    • Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
    • Ability to handle large video files and manage production from start to finish.
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and effective client management.
    • Full-time availability for a 40-hour workweek, flexible to U.S. Timezone (9AM to 6PM CST)
    • High-performance laptop/desktop with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i7 or equivalent processor.
    • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).

Equipment Requirements:

  • Must have the necessary tools and software to handle large video files and high-resolution content.
  • Reliable computer and storage solutions capable of managing large files and rendering projects quickly.

Other Requirements

  • Full-time availability, committed to a 40-hour workweek,
  • Flexible to work in the US timezone, 09AM to 06PM CST, Monday to Friday.
  • Capable of maintaining a distraction-free work-from-home setup.
  • High-performance laptop or desktop with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i7 or equivalent processor.
  • Reliable and high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
