Requirements
- Two to three years of P&C or Personal Lines Insurance experience
- Actively hold a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 15 states
- Experience writing policies and identifying additional customer needs through cross-selling and upselling
- Amazing communication skills, including written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-sufficient with a proven history of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, and multi-tasking
- Hyper-comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changes in processes and systems
- Natural problem solver with the ability to propose creative solutions to complex problems
- Superior computer fluency with the ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate multiple Carrier portals simultaneously
