Tasks

About the Role

As a member of the team, your main responsibilities will be to:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Craft a SaaS B2B and B2C – centered products aligned with our ambitious product vision and strategyUse market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
  • Prioritise features based on customer needs and business goals.

Product Planning and Roadmap:

  • Working closely with Head of Product develop clear roadmaps with varying fidelity.
  • Develop roadmaps that align with the product vision and business strategy.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to define clear product requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering for timely product delivery, balancing scope and quality.

Product Development and Execution:

  • Oversee the product development process, from conception to launch.
  • Promote agile practices for efficient product development.
  • Evaluate product quality, ensuring it aligns with customer expectations.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure user stories and details are of a high standard.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Understand user needs externally both in B2B and B2C settings.
  • Work closely with everyone when required – such as marketing, industry panels, sales and client operations.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders for feedback and validation.

Product Performance and Optimization:

  • Monitor metrics and feedback for product improvement opportunities.
  • Lead product updates based on data and customer input.
  • Partner with marketing and sales for optimal product positioning.

Requirements

About You

We expect you to have

  • Bachelor's in business, computer science, or engineering. Master’s is a plus.
  • Proven experience with SaaS software products in a B2C context.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch competitive products.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to cater to diverse audiences.
  • Customer-first mindset with a drive for creating outstanding user experiences.
  • Knowledge of agile development and product management best practices.
