The role owns the overall health, growth, and profitability of the relationship while aligning Transcom’s operational delivery, commercial strategy, and technology innovation with the client’s evolving business priorities.
Requirements
- +10 years of experience in BPO, customer experience outsourcing or large-scale service operations
- Bachelors Degree in Business Admin, Operations Management or related is preferred
- Proven ability in managing client relationships and P&L accountability
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior client stakeholders & translate business needs into operational solutions
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of AI-driven CX transformation and digital service models
- Effective cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and product teams
- Analytical and financially literate with ability to manage complex commercial relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
