Avature System Admin - EMEA

Transcom is a global community of customer experience experts, looking for an Avature ATS Systems Administrator to keep our recruitment system running smoothly and our teams supported. The successful candidate will support our systems, governing process adherence and provide training for optimal performance and reporting, drive innovation and efficiency, and improve the candidate and recruiter experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience with focus on TA technology for large complex global organisations
• Prior SysAdmin experience with Avature ATS Suite
• Ability to think and act with a global mindset, demonstrable ability to work effectively in a global setting across various regions, cultures and time zones
• Ability to communicate clearly in English - written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, able to rely on strong personal project management and organisational skills
• Problem-solving, diplomacy and persuasive selling skills
