The LMS Administrator oversees the configuration, administration, optimization, and governance of Cloudera's Learning Management System. This role ensures the platform functions as a scalable, dependable, and insight-driven solution that supports onboarding, enablement, and ongoing learning programs.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and learning technology standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Experience with LMS reporting tools and data analysis.
