Requirements

Your Mission

• Serve as the main PMO point of contact for the Marketing team, supporting divisions, tribes, and squads.

• Champion our Operational Framework and PMO best practices to drive team performance and deliver business outcomes.

• Oversee multiple cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution, including new business initiatives in beauty, community, and more.

• Optimize project workflows using tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack to increase velocity and visibility.

• Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements to help teams deliver faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives.

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops).

• Support tribe/squad setup and governance aligned to PMO methodology.

• Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions.

• Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs).

• Monitor and report on project and team performance.

• Drive effective, actionable communication and high-quality deliverables.

Expected Outcomes (Year 1)

• Conduct an initial assessment and present project and communication workflow improvements.

• Roll out metrics to track project velocity, efficiency, and resource allocation.

• Ensure the team is aligned with company planning cycles and rituals.

• Establish strong documentation and repository management in Asana.

• Implement improved workflows that boost execution speed and cross-team alignment.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of project management experience in Marketing Projects & fast-paced digital environments.

• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, OKRs, KPIs).

• Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communicator and natural problem solver.

• Able to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions under pressure.

• Experience working with remote and international teams is a plus.

Bonus Points

• Experience in the beauty, wellness, or consumer digital space.

• Familiarity with community-building initiatives or fast-scaling startups.
