Requirements
- Proven experience owning recruitment operations or a closely adjacent function in a high-growth environment.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms at a data-model level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic programming skills (Python, SQL, or similar).
- Data visualisation/dashboarding skills (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or similar).
- Ability to document processes clearly and work in a structured way.
- Curiosity about fintech, financial markets.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for pattern recognition and/or automation.
