Join our Engineering Team at Track24 and support us as we scale our latest SaaS offering, AtlasNXT. At Track24, we are passionate about creating cutting-edge solutions that protect, inform, and engage individuals and organisations worldwide.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our AtlasNXT product by testing, and providing technical solutions to help us minimise tech debt, and improve our AtlasNXT product.
This will involve running tests, and using the Elixir programming language to come up with solutions for platform snags, and bugs as they arise.
In this role, you will work closely our Commercial Technical Support Team, as well as our wider Commercial team in assisting with troubleshooting where required. You will collaborate with our development and engineering teams to identify and implement solutions, as well as contribute to the continual improvement of our products and services.
Your excellent problem-solving skills and strong customer service focus will contribute to our goal of delivering an exceptional SaaS platform to our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong technical background and experience in software support or related roles
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Elixir (we are looking for at least 2 years commercial experience or equivalent)
- Experience using Javascript for testing
- Good understanding of the Elixir eco-system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
