As an operational allrounder in our People & Culture Team, you will help shape the HR processes of our growing GreenTech company. You’ll ensure smooth payroll operations, take responsibility for HR administration, and contribute your ideas to areas such as employer branding and process development. This role is especially exciting if you bring experience from an industrial environment – ideally in a mid-sized production company with shift work – and enjoy taking initiative.
Your Key Responsibilities
People Operations & HR Administration
- Maintain and manage employee data, working time models, absences, and documentation
- Support the creation of reports, statistics, and HR-related documents
- Contribute to monthly payroll processes via Personio
- Communicate with tax advisors, health insurance providers, and public authorities
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and retention processes
- Help implement feedback and development tools
- Collaborate with team leads to strengthen our team culture
- Assist in developing and executing employer branding initiatives
- Work closely with marketing to position traceless as an attractive employer
- Continuously improve HR processes (e.g. payroll, time tracking, recruiting, onboarding)
- Contribute to compliance, development, and wellbeing initiatives
Completed vocational training or degree in HR, administration, business, or a related field
Several years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll, HR operations, employer branding, or HR administration in an industrial SME setting
Experience using Personio or a comparable digital HR management system
Structured, reliable, and independent work style with strong attention to detail
Enthusiasm for operational excellence and a collaborative, development-focused work environment
Fluency in both German and English – written and spoken – is required
