Senior Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft exceptional user experiences and solve complex systems challenges across Enterprise experiences at Toast. In this role, you will partner closely with product, engineering, and research to deeply understand our users and translate that understanding into thoughtful, intuitive product experiences.

• Experience designing holistic, end-to-end product experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in user-centered design methods and research literacy
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Enduring sense of curiosity with a desire to continuously learn and evolve
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other prototyping or design collaboration tools
• Passion for creating intuitive, delightful experiences
