Manager of Revenue and Accounting Operations

Titan Cloud is a market-leading provider of Fuel Asset Optimization, helping some of the world's largest convenience stores, fleets, and suppliers reduce compliance risk, lower asset maintenance costs, and increase revenue and fuel yield. We are looking for a Manager of Revenue & Accounting Operations to lead our global revenue recognition and AR operations at a fast-growing SaaS company.

Requirements

• Own the global revenue recognition process under ASC 606 for SaaS contracts and services
• Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close, including reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, and financial reporting
• Oversee AR operations including billing, order mgt, collections, credit memos, deferred revenue, and ensure multi-jurisdictional tax compliance (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.)
• Build and maintain internal controls over revenue transactions and reporting
• Partner with FP&A on forecasting, budgeting, and monthly operating reviews
• Support external audits, providing documentation and drafting revenue disclosures
• Work with other teams to ensure new offerings are integrated into revenue tools and platforms
• Analyze billing and revenue data to drive insights and performance
• Mentor and develop team members in billing functions
• Drive systems improvements and process automation to scale with the business
• Assist in managing functional currency translation and other multi-country accounting complexities
