We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to build, lead, and manage our high-touch VIP Customer Service division. This role is designed for someone who understands premium client experience, can operate with a leadership mindset from day one, and is capable of shaping a world-class VIP support system from the ground up.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for designing service workflows, managing VIP communication channels, handling sensitive client cases, and recruiting/training customer service specialists as the team grows. You will work closely with management to ensure every VIP user receives fast, professional, and personalized support—reflecting the highest standards of customer experience.
This role requires cultural fluency, strong communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Because our customer base includes English- and Arabic-speaking VIP users, fluency in both languages is essential. You must also be an Indonesian citizen who either lives in Bali or is willing to relocate.
