Sr. Product Manager - AI Voice Agent

Kata.ai is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of their next-generation AI Voice Agent for the Arabic market. This role requires a hands-on product leader with a strong understanding of UX and the ability to collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, translating business requirements into clear specifications and ensuring the AI Voice Agent meets enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in software or technology companies.
• Proven track record in AI, conversational agents, or digital product ecosystems.
• Experience building Voice Agents (voicebots, IVR, telephony, speech interfaces).
• Solid background in User Experience (UX) design principles.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills (fluent English)
• Comfortable engaging with enterprise stakeholders.
