Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle marketing, or CRM (marketplace or e-commerce ideal)
- Deep knowledge of email, SMS, CRM tools, segmentation, and flows
- Strong copywriter with the ability to craft persuasive retention messaging
- Analytical thinker who understands funnel drop-off, cohort decay, and behavioural segmentation
- Comfortable working fast, running experiments, and iterating weekly
