We're building the next century of shopping, making it feel human, communal, and alive again. As a Growth Marketer at Tilt, you will take the lead on driving growth, predominantly through paid acquisition channels like Google, Instagram and TikTok.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing (ideally SaaS, marketplace, or lead-gen heavy environments)
- Proven experience building a B2B lead-acquisition engine that delivers a consistent flow of qualified leads and drives measurable increases in closed-won deals
- Deep working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, automation, workflows, lists, and reporting
- Ability to build and iterate landing pages quickly
- Experience using Typeform, Zapier/Make, or workflow tools for smart qualification + routing
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, attribution, ICP targeting, and data-driven optimisation
- Comfortable jumping on calls to qualify leads, understand objections, and feed insights back to the funnel
- Strong analytical skills—you obsess over CPL, conversion rates, and funnel drop-offs
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, categories, product, and data
