We’re looking for a People Experience & Operations Manager to build a smooth, reliable, and scalable People function across our region. The role will involve owning the full employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, running payroll, compliance, systems, and day-to-day employee support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or similar roles in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and payroll compliance.
- Proven track record owning onboarding and offboarding end-to-end.
- Strong systems and workflow thinking with an appetite for fixing and simplifying processes.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or automation tools (Ashby, Personio, BambooHR, or similar).
- High attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
- Comfort working independently and handling multiple countries.
- Experience with UAE/KSA regulations is a plus.
