Requirements
- Administer and manage Exchange Online services
- Implement and maintain email authentication & security measures via Defender for Office 365 & Exchange Online Protection
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to Exchange Online and its dependencies
- Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of Exchange Online services
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Manage identity and access in the Microsoft Cloud
- Implement and enforce identity and access management policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide expert-level support and training to end-users and IT staff
- Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices
- Lead and participate in IT projects related to email and identity management
