TTDevOps Engineer
Think Future Technologies, also known as TFT, is a leading provider of technology talent and services dedicated to helping enterprises and product companies leverage technology to enhance their effectiveness.
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience to take ownership of our infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud operations, and overall system reliability. You will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to enable faster releases, ensure high availability, and improve system performance and scalability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps
● Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP, ensuring cost-efficiency and security
● Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
● Monitor and manage application and infrastructure health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, or Datadog
● Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration using Kubernetes / ECS /
AKS / EKS
● Implement security best practices, including secrets management, IAM policies, and network configurations
● Automate repetitive tasks and enhance workflows using shell scripts, Python, or other scripting languages
● Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and streamline release
processes
● Perform root cause analysis of production errors and implement improvements to prevent
recurrence
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
● Expertise in CI/CD tools and automation practices
● Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
● Proficient in scripting (Shell, Bash, Python)
● In-depth experience with cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP)
● Familiarity with GitOps practices and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
● Experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
● Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs
● Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and compliance tools is a plus
