As a Associate Technical Onboarding Manager, you will manage the onboarding process for new customers, lead onboarding meetings, project manage the onboarding process, and act as the main contact for customers.
Requirements
- Experience working in a technical Customer Support, Implementation, or Onboarding role
- Ability to work in a project management role
- Ability to work with public cloud, preferably with AWS
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (required after 1 year of employment at Mission Cloud)
