The story of next level e-com began in 2018, not in a high-tech office, but with three friends—Hendrik, Sina, and Bastian—launching a modest Shopify store for fashion jewelry. At the time, Shopify was still a fresh face in the German market, and resources were scarce. Hendrik took the hard road, teaching himself the platform's intricacies through trial and error, making every mistake imaginable along the way. This hands-on struggle, however, laid the foundation for deep, practical expertise. By 2019, the trio had successfully sold their online shop to an Amazon merchant, marking their first exit.

The global pandemic of 2020 became a turning point. Locked down in Cologne and Hamburg, Hendrik and Robin decided to channel their boredom into a creative outlet: a YouTube channel dedicated to teaching others how to build Shopify stores. What started as a fun project to share knowledge quickly gained traction. By 2021, the channel's success translated into a flood of inquiries from viewers asking for help with their own shops. 'Can you build my shop? You guys really know your stuff.' Although they never intended to start an agency, the demand was undeniable. They officially launched next level e-com, and within two years, they had completed over 150 projects and earned the prestigious title of official Shopify Experts. Today, they have evolved further, launching coaching programs to empower entrepreneurs to build and manage their own successful e-commerce businesses, proving that with the right guidance, anyone can master the digital marketplace.
