Job Description:
We’re looking for an ambitious Community Manager, who will act as the voice and ears for The Insiders community in Europe. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping our community find and engage with the wide variety of word-of-mouth campaigns that we run every month.
Community Engagement Manager tasks you will be responsible for:
- Writing, compiling and posting campaign related content on the blog and social media channels.
- Communicating with our Insiders community by e-mail, on our company blog and on social media platforms
- Acting as an enabler to our community: answering campaign related questions, writing instructions, support reports are completed in timely manner.
- Collaborating with Campaign Operations and Client Success Managers to ensure the community requirements are embedded within campaigns briefs
- Developing the strategy for growing the engagement of the Insider community
- Running questionnaires and analyse results to generate increased digital reach and engagement for our company and our clients / brands.
- High collaborative approach to drive and co-create the community engagement agenda by creating a knowledge sharing network globally, strengthening your peers through analyses, initiatives and continuous measurement.
- Team up with SME internal and external to grow our Insiders' database with targeted actions
Requirements
- You’ve got excellent social skills with (nearly) native written and verbal English. Dutch, German or Fluency in French is an extra.
- You’re a social media enthusiast and have an understanding of online communities.
- You have a service focused mindset with a constant eye on improving the users experience of the brands/products.
- You’re a self-starter with strong organization skills, reliable and able to work independently.
- You’re adaptable & calm with the ability to take manage multiple campaigns.
- You’re IT literate, and comfortable using multiple systems
- Experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google analytics and community management software type Zendesk.
