The Sr Analyst HR Agile & Transformation will be accountable for driving business outcomes through analytics, change management, and organization design, serving as a critical partner to business leadership and HR Business Partners.

- Org Design – Apply best practice standard tools, templates against org design needs ensuring outcomes at the right price point.
- Analytics and Insights – Leverage data and research to form insights, leverage insights to tell the problem story, influence and co-create talent solutions in service of business problems.
- Change Management - Consult, design, and implement change management strategy and plan components against business initiatives.
- Project Management – Leverage project management tools / templates to organize project scope and ensure progress against timelines.
- The ability to manage and lead large transformation projects.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships externally and cross-functionally.
- Ability to facilitate senior level discussions and decisions.
