The Sales Closer is a pivotal role focused on converting qualified leads into clients for our tax advisory services. Josh (the founder) has a large organic following over 100,000, and these leads are qualified and trusting Josh and his company. This commission-only position (8% commission) is ideal for a driven sales professional capable of handling 6-8 calls per day, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £100,000–£200,000 annually. The Sales Closer will manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing deals, using a consultative approach to build trust and deliver value to UK entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification and Management: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing their needs and alignment with our tax efficiency audit services.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct engaging consultations, demonstrating the value of our tax advisory solutions and addressing client concerns.
  • Proposal Development: Craft tailored proposals that align with each client’s financial goals and budget.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets and secure new clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Sales Process Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking of progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and lead generation teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on tax advisory trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts accurately.

Interview Process

Requirements

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales closing role, preferably in financial services, tax advisory, or consulting dealing with business owners/company decision makers.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with UK entrepreneurs and decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gohighlevel) and sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Familiarity with tax advisory or financial services is a plus.
