Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist with substantial experience in sales recruitment within the financial industry. This role will initially be a temporary position with the potential for conversion to full-time status based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies specifically tailored to attract top sales talent within the financial industry.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews, focusing on assessing both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional recruitment process.
  • Utilize data-driven methods to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Create compelling job postings and utilize various recruitment channels to reach a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Monitor job platforms and recruitment channels for effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Conduct HR check-ins and sessions to support employee performance management.
  • Monitor online platforms and raise awareness to HR Manager regarding any employee issues that require attention.
  • Assist HR Manager in fulfilling leadership data requirements and maintaining data integrity in HR and Recruitment databases.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Facilitate company events and contests to promote employee engagement.
  • Manage company-wide announcements and communications, including birthdays, milestones/anniversaries, contests, and workforce management updates.
  • Serve as a backup to conduct exit interviews for frontline staff during offboarding processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and 3 years of recruitment, with a focus on sales recruitment within the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding high-performing sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top talent.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
