The Centers

The Centers fights for equity by healing, teaching, and inspiring individuals and families to reach their full potential. For almost 150 years, this organization has been providing health, family, work, and hope to the Greater Cleveland area. As one of the oldest and largest health and human service agencies in Northeast Ohio, The Centers serves nearly 20,000 people annually across 11 locations, delivering integrated care that addresses the whole person rather than isolated needs.

Through their innovative 2Gen approach, The Centers centers on the whole family to create a legacy of educational success and economic prosperity. Their comprehensive services include integrated health and wellness (primary care, behavioral health, addiction services, HIV treatment, pharmacy), Head Start early learning programs, workforce development and job training, and youth residential services through their H.O.P.E. Campus. By integrating these services, they ensure that every door is the right door for community members seeking support regardless of race, income, age, gender, or background.
