Third Street Family Health Services

Third Street Family Health Services is a non-profit community health center founded in 1994 and based in Mansfield, Ohio. Our mission focuses on improving the health of the greater community by removing barriers to wellness. We provide a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the medical needs of individuals regardless of their circumstances or ability to pay. Our services include behavioral health care, community health worker support, dental care, medical services, medication-assisted treatment, OB/GYN, pediatric services, pharmacy, and podiatry. Our decentralized approach allows us to operate in multiple locations to ensure that we can serve diverse populations effectively.
