We are passionate about helping our MBA fellows learn more about private equity and develop their abilities as both investors and operators.
This unique fellowship is perfect for an MBA student with prior consulting experience who is interested in gaining exposure to Private Equity operations and value creation.
As an MBA fellow, you'll work closely with one of our portfolio companies and our portfolio operations team to refine, analyze, and implement strategic initiatives post-acquisition and have the opportunity to tackle a value creation sprint in a particular area (e.g. growth strategy, pricing, product, etc.).
