Thaloz is seeking a dedicated Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in .NET and React to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining dynamic applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to all stages of the SDLC, from concept through delivery and maintenance. This opportunity allows you to utilize your skills in both backend and frontend technologies while also engaging in meaningful problem-solving and system design.

Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET for backend services and React for frontend interfaces.
• Architecture Design: Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to system architecture and design decisions ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software that aligns with business goals.
• Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Integration: Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system designs, code changes, and process improvements.
• Support: Provide support and maintenance for applications, ensuring system uptime and performance.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET (C#) for backend development and React for frontend development, with a solid understanding of RESTful API design.
• Database Management: Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including knowledge of writing complex queries and database optimization.
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development and versioning.
• Web Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a keen eye for responsive design and user experience.
• Testing: Understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies for ensuring application quality and reliability.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience in agile software development processes, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and using new technologies.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) for deployment and resource management.
