Terradot is transforming nature's most powerful permanent carbon removal process into a global climate solution through Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW). Founded in 2022 within the Stanford ecosystem, the mission of Terradot is to combat climate change by effectively removing CO₂ from the atmosphere. According to the IPCC, we must remove 10 gigatons of CO₂ annually by 2050 to mitigate the risks of global warming. Terradot is committed to leveraging ERW to achieve this ambitious goal.

The company's innovative approach utilizes silicate minerals to accelerate natural weathering processes, thus sequestering carbon in the soil. By spreading crushed silicate rocks on agricultural lands, Terradot not only addresses the climate crisis but also improves soil health and agricultural productivity. Located in the Global Tropics, particularly in Brazil, Terradot is strategically positioned to maximize its impact due to the region's favorable conditions for ERW. The team at Terradot comprises leading scientists and engineers dedicated to advancing the science, technology, and collaborative efforts needed to implement carbon removal solutions at scale.
