Sr Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst - Shopify, eCommerce, ERP

Our team operates virtually. We do require occasional travel for on-site requirements gathering, implementation and post go live hyper care. We employ team members in California, Oregon and Washington state.

About You:

We will be interested in individuals who enjoy interacting with clients, teammates and vendors to collaboratively analyze, design and implement technology solutions for a company's core business process automation.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage eCommerce and ERP projects from inception through completion
• Transform business requirements into specifications
• Lead transformation of specs into code & lead the QA process
• Proactively communicate plan, status, and issues to clients and team
• Develop detailed project requirements, testing and QA plans, project plans, task estimates, and Agile SCRUM schedules
• Provide "Hands On" reviews of all solution functionality with recommendations for solutioning improvements
• Up to 20% travel may be required

Requirements

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of proven business analysis, testing/QA and project management success
• 4+ years leading and delivering eCommerce and ERP projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of primary functional business flows including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Pick-Pack-Ship WMS, and Inventory Reconciliation
• Solid understanding of eCommerce (Shopify and Adobe Commerce preferred) and all related technical integrations
• Solid understanding of ERP (NetSuite preferred) and all technical integrations
• Strong understanding of data migration and transformation from legacy systems to new source systems
• Problem solver who loves to collaborate with others over business process and technology solutioning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field
• Previous consulting experience a plus

Competitive Compensation - $175k to $195k annually plus annual bonus - based on experience.
