Financial Analyst, Sales Performance and Compensation, responsible for calculating and administering sales commission payouts, building reporting and dashboards, and partnering with sales leadership to evaluate campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in sales operations, sales compensation, or financial analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including multi-tab workbooks, complex formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Working experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to extract and analyze performance and compensation data.
