What You’ll Do:
As our SEO Manager, you'll lead our brand's online visibility efforts, focusing on driving organic traffic through optimized content and technical SEO enhancements. Reporting Director of Demand Generation, you'll be responsible for executing SEO strategies and initiatives to improve our search engine rankings and enhance our online presence.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities and trends in our target market.
- Implement SEO best practices by optimizing content for relevant keywords, meta descriptions, titles, and headers to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as organic traffic and conversion rates, to refine content strategies and adapt to algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with web management teams to ensure our website architecture and coding align with SEO strategies.
- Implement technical SEO enhancements, including site structure optimization and schema markup, to improve crawlability and indexing.
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies, cultivating relationships with industry influencers and authoritative sites.
- Implement white-hat link-building techniques to enhance domain authority and boost search rankings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization.
- Apply the latest SEO innovations to continuously improve our search engine visibility and performance.
What You’ll Bring:
As our ideal candidate, you possess a unique blend of SEO expertise and technical proficiency, coupled with a proactive attitude and a passion for achieving exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in devising and implementing robust SEO strategies, preferably in B2B SaaS or industrial sectors.
- Expertise in technical SEO aspects, including website architecture, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimize content and adapt to algorithm changes.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- A proactive attitude towards staying updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to align SEO strategies with broader marketing objectives.
