We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers and vehicles to complete assignments and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize service requests from customers
• Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles for pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with drivers and provide them with necessary information and instructions
• Monitor and track the progress of drivers to ensure on-time delivery
• Handle any issues or complaints from customers or drivers
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and communicate updates to customers as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements

• Availability to work nights and weekends
• 7PM- 7AM CST
• Thursday - Sunday
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role
• Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
• Computer Skills including Microsoft Suite, Google Suite,
• CRM Proficiency (Especially ZOHO)
• Website Creation Skills
• Marketing Skills
• Virtual Assistant Skills (Research, Data Compiling, etc.)
• Online Video Creation Skills
• AI Usage Skills
