What you’ll do
Working within Digital Health, a Shared Health service, to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Mandatory Qualifications
Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
10 years’ experience in senior management positions with performance management accountability for direct reports while overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, establishing governance and managing risk. The response should include at least 3 examples, including duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years. At least one example should include experience within the public sector. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
7 years’ experience in a Project Manager or Program Manager role responsible for budget creation, cost tracking, assignment of resources and managing interdependencies while delivering a combination of technology, business and process change. The response should include at least 3 examples, including duration of the project or work that totals at least 7 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
3 years’ experience implementing the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
1 year of experience developing and evaluating Request for Proposals (RFPs) to support the selection of a new IT solution. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
1 year of experience working in a project environment to implement Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems and practices in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
5 years’ experience in a leadership role demonstrating ongoing superior skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, planning and strategizing with the executive leadership team. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. Examples should include details on communication, negotiation, and presentation strategies and styles used.
