As aSenior Integration Services Manager, you will:
- Report directly to the Director/VP of Integrations to assist and mentor a team of Integration Analysts and Integration Developers
- Conduct audits/quality checks on tickets and coach team on feedback
- Serve as a point of escalation for customers and employees
- Work closely with the Manager of Integrations to report on and understand industry-standard KPIs to senior Services and TCP leadership

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
