As aSenior Integration Services Manager, you will:

  • Report directly to the Director/VP of Integrations to assist and mentor a team of Integration Analysts and Integration Developers
  • Conduct audits/quality checks on tickets and coach team on feedback
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customers and employees
  • Work closely with the Manager of Integrations to report on and understand industry-standard KPIs to senior Services and TCP leadership

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
