As a Revenue Insights & Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that Salesforce meets the needs of our business and supports our growth objectives.

As a Revenue Insights & Planning Manager, you will:

  • Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular data audits, duplication, and data cleansing.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, process builders, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.
  • Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
  • Manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Maintain security settings and conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes for sales, marketing and customer success to maximize revenue generation
  • Provide training and support to teams on revenue processes and tools to ensure effective usage and adherence.
  • Lead special projects aimed at improving revenue operations and enhancing customer experience.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and automation tools. Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
