Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ITIL Certified Trainer (PeopleCert) to deliver ITIL training and prepare learners for ITIL Foundation and advanced PeopleCert exams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ITIL training aligned with PeopleCert curriculum and frameworks.
Deliver both foundational and advanced ITIL modules depending on expertise.
Provide clear, practical IT Service Management (ITSM) examples.
Guide learners through exam preparation, practice questions, and course materials.
Requirements
ITIL Certified Trainer through PeopleCert (mandatory).
Strong background in IT Service Management and ITIL best practices.
Experience delivering ITIL training in corporate or professional environments.
Excellent instructional and communication skills.
