Requirements
- 3-5 years in a support, technical support, or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude, with experience troubleshooting API, ERP, or payment-related issues.
- Accounting knowledge a plus.
