The Role:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Power Platform Developer to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in the technical design, development, testing, and deployment of custom solutions for our clients, working predominantly within the Microsoft technology stack, including Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL Server, and C#. Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools will also be part of the role.

Your main areas of delivery will include:

• Practice Gateway: Supporting the ongoing development of our flagship accountancy portal, which is rapidly expanding with new features in line with our roadmap.
• Client Projects: Delivering bespoke client projects based on Microsoft technologies, such as Power BI reports, Practice Gateway implementations, and RPA projects.
• Internal Improvements: Assisting T-Tech in the continual improvement of our own data and systems infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).

Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.

Develop insightful dashboards and reports with Power BI.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external data sources.

Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of Practice Gateway.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Stay up to date with advancements in the Power Platform and associated Microsoft technologies.osystem.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Experience with SQL Server and C# is beneficial.
• Exposure to RPA tools would be advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform are desirable.
