SPA has a need for a Part-Time Navy Growth Strategy Consultant.
Responsibilities
Role:
Review technical proposals for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
Evaluate technical content, including methodologies, specifications, and deliverables, to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve proposal quality, focusing on technical accuracy and coherence.
Collaborate with proposal teams to clarify technical details and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure proposals adhere to formatting, style, and submission guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and sensitive client data.
Meet tight deadlines to support proposal submission schedules.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, or related discipline) or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in proposal development/reviews
Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to evaluate complex information
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills for providing clear, constructive feedback
Prior experience in proposal review or technical evaluation is preferred
Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate proposal deadlines
- Top Secret clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
