Our Financial Management & Business Analysis Portfolio supports the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC); the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) Financial Management and Comptroller (FM the U.S. Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM); the Defense Health Agency (DHA); and many other DoD customers. We ensure the Army FM systems and processes are modernized and integrated to provide a complete range of financial and cost information needed for the Army to conduct business transactions, provide accountability to the public, and to support performance reporting and decision making. We provide effective functional systems support, user technical support, training support, and governance support of the Army's modernized and deployed FM domain ERP systems (GFEBS / GFEBS-SA / GCSS-A (Finance)), ensuring technological capabilities maturation and evolution aligns with Army and FM domain goals and objectives. And we are responsible for the implementation and sustainment of the Army's General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) within DHA’s Military Health System (MHS). #MC

Responsibilities

We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join our team in supporting the Installation Management Command’s (IMCOM) Public Works Systems (PWS).

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Develop and implement a fully functional knowledge management system.
• Apply knowledge management policies and procedures to existing and new initiatives.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automated workflows to streamline business processes.
• Create clear and concise documentation for developed workflows, administrative procedures, and governance.
• Develop training materials and provide training and support for end-users on functionalities within SharePoint and automated workflows and assist in general knowledge transfers between pertinent parties.
• Provide regular performance reports on SharePoint system usage, knowledge base growth, and user satisfaction.
• Apply knowledge of SharePoint to create and manage content types, site columns, lookups, and templates; create a scalable structure for sites; manage alerts and changes to sites; and other activities as required.
• Develop and manage document libraries, metatags, and other knowledge support requirements.
• Perform SharePoint administration duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience and a related Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in applying knowledge management practices and procedures
• Experience in managing records, content, and data in SharePoint and Army 365
• Experience with Microsoft tools including MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and employ critical thinking within teams and with government stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• An active DoD SECRET security clearance, and the ability to maintain these throughout employment

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience providing support to DoD/Army and experience working with and reporting to DoD government leadership
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Apps, Automate, BI)
