Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in SBC, SIP, or VoIP engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ribbon SBC platforms (Edge, SWe, SWe Lite), SIP, RTP, SRTP, codec negotiation and media flows, NAT, firewall traversal.
  • Experience integrating SBCs with Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, PSTN/SIP carriers.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in voice and signaling environments.
