Join the Sustainable Talent team, supporting NVIDIA as a Technical Program Manager on the Omniverse Team. We are seeking an individual with a consistent track record and deep expertise as a Technical Program Manager, with prior software development experience preferred.
This is a W-2 full-time contract with 100% remote work option (must work PST). We offer competitive pay $85 - $125/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!
As a Technical Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive the development of new products and features, fostering flawless execution and collaboration across multiple teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as a bridge between Product Management and Engineering teams, facilitating seamless communication, tracking and alignment.
- Map product requirements and roadmaps to actionable engineering programs and projects.
- Organize engineering execution through sprints and target release date management, tracking tasks to completion.
- Effectively communicate project progress, sharing accomplishments and challenges with team members and those involved in the project.
- Ensure that programs and projects meet deadlines and budget constraints, implementing mitigation plans when needed.
What we need to see:
- Expertise in Cloud Computing: Deep knowledge of cloud services and application architectures, with experience shipping products on major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Software Background: Strong technical background in software development, including understanding of PLC/SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Equivalent experience in software development will also be considered.
- Program Management Skills: Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams, from initiation to closure, with high proficiency in JIRA.
- Communication: Strong ability to effectively align teams, collaborate with others, and express project goals, requirements, and risks clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address technical and organizational challenges.
- 5+ Years of experience in software program or project management in agile, high-tempo environments.
