Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, debugging, and deployment
- Strong experience with React Native, React, Next.js, and TypeScript, or the ability to become productive in them quickly
- Solid backend experience, ideally with Python/Django and PHP, or comparable experience with similar backend frameworks
- Ability to understand unfamiliar codebases, debug complex issues, and make safe changes in production systems
- Comfortable using AI development tools responsibly, while still reviewing, testing, and understanding the generated code
- Strong understanding of architecture, maintainability, trade-offs, performance, security, and long-term code quality
- Ability to take ownership of unclear technical problems and turn them into reliable shipped solutions
