This is a remote position.
We are building a unified financial platform that combines trading, investing, crypto, and everyday spending into a single account. One portfolio, one identity, one system.
We are early. Our partner already operates one of the largest professional trading platforms globally and brings real data scale and infrastructure with it. The data layer needed to run a multi-product consumer super app is a different shape, and most of it still needs to be designed, built, and connected to how the company actually makes decisions.
This role exists to lead that work. You are the founding data hire. You shape what we measure, how we measure it, and how the entire org makes decisions on data instead of opinions.
We are not hiring an analyst to build dashboards on demand. We are hiring the person who designs the decision system that runs the company.
You sit between five products that move money at different speeds: real-time card spend, T+2 equities, leveraged CFD execution, on-chain crypto settlement, and stablecoin transfers. Every pillar generates data with different shapes and constraints.
Your job is to make all of it queryable, trustworthy, and useful, fast.
You define the metric system every team operates on
You turn raw events into behavioral insight the product team can act on
You decide what gets measured, how, and what we ignore
You report directly to the Product Director. Your work shapes prioritization, not just reporting.
